To further promote the company‘s corporate culture and spiritual concepts, promote a deeper understanding and recognition of corporate culture among employees, and make new and greater contributions to the company‘s development. From July 21 to August 7, 2017, the company took the opportunity of traveling to the "Bingyu Valley" in the summer to carry out the second "Corporate Culture Story" award-winning essay solicitation activity throughout the company.
This event received high attention from various departments of the company and positive responses from employees, with a total of 91 articles received. Through the fair, fair, and open rigorous and meticulous selection of the leading group for essay review, three first prizes, five second prizes, seven third prizes, and ten excellent prizes were ultimately selected. The first prize winning author and works are Zhao Linlin‘s "July First" in the electric furnace workshop, Zhang Qiangqiang‘s "Shengyun Assembly Number" in the gas making workshop, and Song Deyi‘s "Passionate Landscape without Forgetting the Original Heart" in the quality supervision department.
Through this essay solicitation activity, everyone will tell stories, share insights, and share their experiences around corporate culture; Elaborate and demonstrate the company‘s vision, core values, and corporate spirit through stories and firsthand experiences that occur around us.
