On July 3, 2018, Wu Chonghua, the Deputy General Manager of Production, organized a production process technology training meeting. The main attendees of this meeting were workshop deputy director level and above management cadres.
The main purpose of this training meeting is to meet the sorting needs of smelting process technology processes faced by various positions after production major repairs. Vice General Manager Wu Chonghua explained to the attendees relevant process technology knowledge such as "Fundamentals of Ferroalloy Smelting", "Plan and Precautions for Opening a Submerged Heat Furnace", "RKEF Process Flow", "Operation Precautions", and "Emergency Management".
Through this training, all production management personnel underwent a baptism of management knowledge and process technology knowledge, further unifying their thinking, clarifying their direction, and practicing the enterprise management concept of "seeking truth and practicality, exploring innovation, working together, and innovating the future".
